That’s why we’ve created a series of engaging online offerings – short, focused sessions for managers and leaders who want practical tools and fresh ideas they can apply straight away.
These can be done either as stand-alone sessions or you can bundle a number of sessions together to create a programme for a leader or if you want, we can create a programme for your team. Details of both can be found below.

We’re delighted to offer our two-hour online modules. These short, focused sessions are ideal for managers and leaders who want practical tools and fresh ideas they can put into practice straight away. Each module is interactive, with discussion and exercises that bring the learning to life.

In addition to these modules, we continue to offer our Online Leadership and Management Team Development Programme.
We have developed a series of online events to support up to 12 managers or a team of 12.
- Up to 12 x 2 hour sessions or 1.5 hour sessions
- Minimum of 6 sessions
- Each 2-hour session runs every 3/4 weeks.
Events combine development and action learning to create a sense of team and support for the participants.
Topics can be selected from a range of areas:-

I found the course to be challenging and very useful. Abi was great at firstly recognising my difficulties with confidence in groups and then finding ways to gently encourage me. She didn’t let me avoid talking in front of the group but also didn’t push me harder than I was comfortable with and as I result I feel my confidence has been greatly improved. The course has given me some excellent tools to be more effectively in developing and managing both my teams and their progress and my own. I have taken far from it than I maybe thought I might and I will use the things I have learnt throughout my career and life in general.
At first I was unsure but after my first one to one Abi put me at ease and I started to enjoy the course. I learnt a lot about myself too and will carry this on in the future.
